Additional Information/Policies

Please note that all sizes of any and all items listed on the pages of this site are approximate, including measurements, carat weight, etc.  Most photos are enlarged to show detail and may not represent the actual size of the item. 

Although we do accept returns, an authorization for the return of merchandise purchased through our site or via our ebay listings must be obtained with 24 hours of your receipt of merchandise.  Merchandise must then be returned to us via a traceable shipping method, fully insured and must be made within 3 days from receipt of return authorization.  Refunds will be made upon verification of the item providing all funds have cleared.  There is a 10% restocking fee for returned items which will be deducted, along with all shipping and handling fees, from the refund amount.
